The Institute for Career Studies (ICS International) established in 1985, has an international presence and experience of over two decades in providing career guidance and counselling services as well as conducting a broad spectrum of educational and training programmes.
Since our inception, we have conducted programmes in more than 200 leading residential and day schools and have reached out to over 2,50,000 students in All Saints College- Nainital, Auckland House- Shimla, Bishop Cotton School- Shimla, Cathedral and John Connon- Mumbai, Chittagong Grammar School- Bangladesh, Delhi Public School-RK Puram- New Delhi, Lawrence School, Lovedale-Ooty, Mayo College- Ajmer, Mayo College Girls’ School- Ajmer, Modern High School for Girls- Kolkata , Mt. St. Mary’s School- New Delhi, Sanskriti School- New Delhi, Our Own English High School- Dubai, Sarala Birla Academy- Bangalore, Scindia School- Gwalior, The Assam Valley School- Assam, The Doon School- Dehradun, The Modern High School- Dubai, Welham Girls School- Dehradun, Woodstock School- Mussoorie, and others.
ICS-International has had the distinction of co-designing and hosting Leadership Programmes for educationists and edu-leaders with the prestigious Centre for Leadership and Human Values of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Lucknow. It has also conducted several training programmes for educationists as well as professionals from renowned organizations like Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), Tata Motors, Hindustan Levers Limited, Bayforge Limited, National Bank for Agricultural and Rural Development (NABARD) and The State Bank of India.
Based on its rich experience and domain knowledge, ICS-International has also provided policy inputs to the Government of India through the Planning Commission and the Ministry of HRD. On Aug 16, 2009, at a “Roundtable of Educators” co-hosted by ICS in partnership with the Indian Institute of Management, Kozhikode (IIM-K) and Welham Girls’ School, Dehradun, Mr. Kapil Sibal, Minister of HRD interacted with the participants on “Re-thinking Indian Education”.
The institute is headed by Dr. Amrita Dass, who is a renowned Educationist and Career Consultant of the country.
