1987 Phoenix, Arizona, USA, World YWCA Summit on Development with Justice. Dr. Dass was a delegate.
1988 Manila, Philippines. Conference on Violence Against Women. Dr. Dass was a delegate.
1989 Bangkok, Thailand, ESCAP meeting. Dr. Dass received the award on behalf of YWCA of India for “dedicated service in Support of the UN programme on Youth”.
1995 Dhaka, Bangladesh. Dr. Dass was invited for a study tour of rural projects.
1995 Copenhagan, Denmark. NGO Forum and UN World Summit for Social Development. Dr. Dass was a delegate.
1995 Beijing, China. Fourth World Conference on Women and NGO Forum on Women, Huaru. Dr. Dass was a delegate.
1996 Washington, D.C., USA, Dr. Dass took sessions on Leadership at the Women in Management (WIM) Training programme, organized by CEDPA.
1996 San Francisco, USA, State of the World Forum. Dr. Dass presented a paper on post Beijing initiatives.
1998 San Francisco, USA, State of the World Forum more… – Dr. Dass was a delegate and also participated in the preparation of the document “Our Common Enterprise” which was later presented to the UN millennium assembly. She met with Walter Cronkite, Ben Zander, Jane Goodall, Stephen Covey amongst others.
1999 Houston, USA, International Women’s Dialogue. Dr. Dass was a delegate.
2000 Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Second Global Knowledge Conference – Dr. Dass presented a paper in the plenary session on “Reaching the Unreached”.
2002 UK. more… Dr. Dass was invited by the British Council to visit 8 UK Universities, namely, Oxford, Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield, Birmingham, Oxford Brookes, Leeds University Business School, and York.
2007 ICS organized a Global Leadership Conclave more… for school principals at Singapore in collaboration with SP Jain Centre for Management, Singapore. The Conclave was attended by Principals from leading schools of South Asia / Middle East and South East Asia. The ICS team included Dr. Dass, Mrs. Malik, Mrs. Ramchandani and Dr. Bhadauria.
Feb 2008 The first Singapore Familiarization programme more… was organized by the Singapore Education and Tourism Board, in collaboration with ICS. 12 principals from top schools in India, Dr. Dass and Mrs. Malik from ICS participated in this programme. They visited Singapore Management University, National University of Singapore, Singapore MIT Alliance, MDIS, Singapore Institute of Management, LaSalle, National Technological University, and Cornell Nanyang Institute.
July 2008 Ireland – Dr. Dass was a special invitee to a Conference on Education organized by the Patrician brothers.
Aug 2008 Singapore – Dr. Dass was invited by Singapore Education to make “India In-Market Presentation” at an International Conference on Education.
Nov. 2008 The second Singapore Familiarisation programme more… was organized by STB in collaboration with ICS wherein 12 principals and Mrs. Wali from ICS visited campuses in Singapore.
Sept 2009 The first “Know Canada visit” more… was organized by the Canadian Education Centre in India (CEC). Dr. Dass and Mrs. Malik, along with 7 Principals of leading schools visited Canadian universities in Ontario, Manitoba and British Columbia. These were – University of Toronto, Niagara College, Brock University, University of Western Ontario, University of Warerloo, Queens University, University of British Columbia, among others.
Nov. 2009 In the third Singapore Familiarization programme, more… Principals/ Headmistresses of 10 leading schools alongwith two ICS representatives, Ms. Kavita Dass and Mrs. Ramchandani visited Singapore campuses. These Universities were – National University of Singapore, Singapore Institute of Management, National Technological University, PSB Academy, Digipen, MDIS, and TMC Academy.
Aprl 2010 The second “Know Canada visit” more… was organized by M M Advisory Services. Mrs. Wali along with 7 Principals of leading schools visited Universities in Atlantic-Canada. These were Acadia University Wolfville, Nova Scotia College of Art and Design, Mt. Saint Vincent University, Halifax, St. Mary’s University, Dalhousie University, King’s College University, Cape Breton University, St. Francis Xavier University, Antigonish, Nova Scotia Agricultural College, Truro, Memorial University, Newfoundland, Mount Allison University, Sackville, University de Moncton, University of New Brunswick, Saint John, St. Thomas University, Fredricton.
